Our Payment Options
We welcome cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We accept most health funds, Department of Veterans' Affairs, and the Child Dental Benefits Dental Schedule (CDBS).
We are happy to give you an estimate of treatment costs and when possible, treatment options to suit your financial and cosmetic preferences.
We believe that you deserve unbiased and equitable care, managed by your dentist and not by your health insurer which is why we are not a preferred provider for any health insurance company. This means that we can provide as much care, attention, quality material and time as possible to suit your needs, without being restricted by a Health Insurer’s demands.
As such, there will often be a gap after claiming from your health fund but our HICAPS facilities allow us to instantly claim from your health fund using your health fund card meaning you will only pay the gap after your fee. All costs will be discussed with you before your treatment.
Some health funds allow us to provide an estimate of the rebate your fund will pay and help prevent any surprises with 'gap' payment.
Under the CDBS government funded benefits program eligible children aged between 2 and 17, can access up to $1000 over 2 years. We bulk bill children supported by this scheme for eligible services. Give us a call for more information.
